RECON Rings was founded by military veterans with the idea to decrease the number of ring avulsions by creating a favorable alternative to wearing metal rings. The mission is simple: provide safe comfortable silicone rings for those that live in kinetic environments.
Our design revolves around the concept that silicone rings and military uniforms go together as naturally as stars and stripes. This is part of what makes RECON Rings authentic and unique. We matched our color selections to align with uniforms from all branches of the service. Whether you are crawling through vines in your cammies, still knocking sand out of your boots, or zipping up the flight suit, we have you covered.
If you are worried about what you can wear in uniform, check the dress code. Army probably has the most detail to it in Army Regulation 670–1 section 3-15 but each branch has it's own rules.
The universal rule: You can wear what you are told in the regulations until you are told you can’t wear anything that may interfere with what you are about to do.
You could say our rings are discreet, tidy, and not dissonant or showy in style, size, design, brightness, or color. (section 3-15, subsection 1a)
We don’t do visible symbols for a reason. We buried our own logo on the inside so that you can stay off the radar.
This isn’t in any manual. If you are in deep, and you know what that means, shed the ring. Giving the enemy leverage is never a good idea. We will replace the ring and probably buy you a cold one to celebrate your return.
If you don’t know what colors your branch wears already, for shame. We could put a guide together for everybody else. We do offer collections of rings so you can switch out the colors you wear based on the situation at hand. Let us know if you need a collection specific and we will make it happen.
Our Tactical Ring Collection for men and women is designed for the tactical operator in all of us. Pick the ring to match your load-out or change whenever you need to adapt to your environment.
RECON Rings honors our love of country and service, and all those who endanger and sacrifice their lives every day to keep our country safe. Whether the uniform is military or civilian, or just the red, white, and blue of the USA, we have the rings for you.
